Alright ladies, let us hang our heads in prayer, as we give Thanks for the beauty that is Michael Ealy.

 Born Michael Brown, on August 3rd 1973, Ealy started his acting career in the 1990's, but you will also remember him as 'Dominic' the hunky chef from 'Think Like A Man' (please see, and drool over picture below).

On December 14, 2006, Ealy was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for his role in 'Sleeper Cell: American Terror', and in December 2008, he featured alongside another celeb hunk, Will Smith in Seven Pounds.

Ealy is celebrated for his gorgeous blue eyes, and outstanding physique - and he can act?
Can we get an 'Amen'?!!!!

We all have fond memories of witnessing Michael Jackson perform and sing his heart out. The King of Pop would have been a tender 55 years old today. 

Happy Birthday to one of the worlds greatest artists to ever live amongst us.

Tsoaki Ngidi: 

My name is Tsoaki Ngidi, and I come from KZN. I am a lady who enjoys life journeys. I love travelling and trying new things. I am ambitious and a believer of women empowerment. I am a hard worker and open to the journey ahead of me.

Where did you first hear of Kandi Brands?

Tsoaki:

I was attending the African International Hair Extravaganza in 2012, and I came across the Kandi Brands stand.

Kandi Brands:

What is your current hairstyle and which Kandi Brands product(s) have you used to maintain it?

Tsoaki:

I am currently wearing a weave by Goldielux Hair Extensions. I use the Kandi Brands Oil Shimmer Spray to maintain my weave. It give my hair that shine and Kandi scent that lasts the whole day! 

Kandi Brands:

What has been your favourite moment with Kandi Brands?

Tsoaki:

The Kandi Experience held at Parkview Mall a few months ago. I won the VIP Pass - my friends and I had a blast! I met the Kandi Team, and I got to witness how they collaborate with other women in business, and raise funds for charity. I had a great evening that day and I was truly Kandified!

You have definitely been Kandified! Thank you for taking the time to hang out with us - would you like to give any message to the Kandi Team?

Tsoaki:

Eye Kandi Of The Month: Charles Michael Davis

With great pleasure, and ogling eyes we introduce our Eye Kandi of the Month of July. None other than the sexy Mr Charles Michael Davis!

Davis is an African-American actor and model known for his role as Kwan Kirkland on the BET television series 'The Game', and more recently in his recurring role as Dr Jason Myers on 'Greys Anatomy' .

Born on 14 February 1979, Davis is a Valentine's Day baby, who is rumoured to be dating Italia Ricci, of American Pie fame (BOOOO! ). 

All we know is, a fitted suit and loose bow tie has never looked this sexy, and we have faith that he'll still be in our screens for years to come (thank you, baby Jesus!).

What has been your favourite Kandi Brands experience?

Citrus Salt Body Scrub - for a natural glow!

A wonderful exfoliant and full body moisturizer for use in the shower. Leave a jar near your shower  to add a healthy glow to dull dry skin.

Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5 min
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sea salt
1/2 cup sweet almond oil
(substitute light olive oil or vegetable oil)
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon orange zest

Directions

In a medium dry bowl, combine all ingredients making sure to not let any water touch them as it will dissolve the salt. Pour mixture into an airtight container and store in a cool dry place. 

To use: Just before showering, swirl ingredients together with your fingertips to mix. Clean body completely and just before exiting shower, apply Citrus Salt Body Scrub to body in a firm circular scrubbing motion with hands or a soft washcloth. Rinse off the mixture and pat body dry with a clean towel.
